## About this program

Arkansas Governor's School is a four-week residential, non-credit programme for Arkansas students who are currently juniors and will enter senior year. Hosted at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, it combines academic or arts study with co-curricular activities across nine emphasis fields. Selection considers aptitude, motivation and maturity, and full attendance is required.

State funding provides tuition, room, board and instructional materials. Travel, incidentals, medical arrangements and application-related costs are not established as covered. The calendar banner prints July 5-August 1 without a year, so it does not establish 2027 dates. Confirm the current nomination or application route, calendar and attendance requirements; university admissions links are separate.

Fields above come directly from the catalog listing. A field with no stored value is omitted.
