## About this program

The Delaware Aerospace Academy’s Moon and Mars overnight camps offer residential aerospace activities at the University of Delaware in Newark. The 2026 session ran July 5–10. Moon served cadets entering grades 7–9 and Mars grades 8–10, with rocketry, robotics, simulation and field trips. Cadets stayed two to a room and a nurse was on duty.

The 2026 overnight fee was $800, including a $75 nonrefundable reservation payment. Limited need-based scholarships required a separate application and did not cover that initial payment.
