# Diller Teen Fellows

Diller Teen Fellows is a yearlong leadership program that runs parallel cohorts in 32 communities across seven countries, including nine in the United States: Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Greater MetroWest (New Jersey), Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco. Each city selects roughly 20 fellows a year through a competitive application, and the cohorts are linked internationally through a shared curriculum and a summer seminar in Israel.

## What You'll Do

- Meet regularly across a full year with a small local cohort led by trained coordinators
- Work through a leadership curriculum covering facilitation, Jewish identity, and community organizing
- Design and run your own tikkun olam (community repair) project
- Partner with a twinned cohort in an Israeli city and take part in the international summer seminar in Israel
- Join a global alumni network spanning three decades of fellows
