## About this program

Idaho Science and Aerospace Scholars is a competitive program from the Idaho Department of Education for high school juniors. Scholars take an online, NASA-developed course on space exploration through Idaho Digital Learning, and the strongest performers are invited to a residential summer academy at the University of Idaho.

Idaho high school juniors with an interest in science, technology, engineering or mathematics. The application asks students to confirm that they are juniors and Idaho residents, and selection for the online course weighs the essay, GPA and class status, and on-time completion.
