The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute (KWLI, formerly the Young Women's Institute) is a selective pre-college program at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business that advances the representation, impact, and success of women in business. Students are chosen from around the globe to spend a full day on the Bloomington campus — or join a two-evening virtual edition — funded entirely by the Kelley School and its corporate partners.

There are no registration fees — breakfast and lunch are provided in person, and participants cover only transportation and personal expenses. Applications open in early January and close mid-March, with a 100-word statement and 250-word essay required.
