Mass General Brigham's Youth Program unites two long-running hospital pipelines - the MGH Youth Scholars Program and the Student Success Jobs Program at Brigham and Women's Hospital - into a single multi-year experience for students from Boston, Revere, and Chelsea. Beginning in 10th grade, students embark on a journey that combines career exploration, paid internships during the academic year and summer, college and career advising, and alumni support at two of America's leading academic medical centers.

## Who Should Apply

Sophomores at partner schools - including Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers, Revere High School, Chelsea High School, and Boston public schools - who are interested in science, medicine, research, or health careers. A 3.0 GPA is required to apply, and each year 75 students from Boston, Revere, and Chelsea are accepted. Applications open in the spring, with selections finalized in the summer.
