## About this program

FL.Y (Future Leaders. YOUTH) isn’t just an initiative; it’s a response to a broken system.
Every year, millions of students disappear from the school system. They aren't "dropping out"—they are being pushed out by lack of support, outdated curricula, and a total disconnect from the future of work.

We’re a team of high school and college students from all over the world, and we’ve stopped waiting for policy to fix itself. We’re doing the work on the ground.
The FL.Y Approach:

We’re the "Human Infrastructure": Government schemes exist, but they often lack the "last-mile" connection. Our network of volunteers bridges that gap, acting as real-time mentors who keep students from slipping through the cracks.

The "Road to AI" Engine: We don't wait for schools to get expensive hardware or trained AI teachers. We’ve built a narrative-driven curriculum that teaches itself. It works offline, in classrooms without internet, and in villages that have been left behind.

Government-Aligned, Youth-Led: We aren't asking for permission to innovate. We are currently working with government ministries to pilot Saksham—our retention and competency framework—as a national model. We’re proving to officials that a student-led, agile force can do what massive, slow bureaucracies cannot.

Who we need:

We don’t want people who want to put "NGO Volunteer" on their resume and move on. We want builders. Whether you’re an engineer, a writer, or an organizer, if you’re tired of the "education talk" and want to help us reach 100,000 students by 2027, you belong here.
