# Presidential Classroom Presidential Classroom brings outstanding high school students to Washington, D.C. for an immersive week-long civic leadership experience. Students meet with members of Congress, visit government agencies, and engage in policy debates at iconic D.C. locations. ## What You'll Do - Meet with members of Congress and senior government officials - Visit the Capitol, State Department, Pentagon, and other government institutions - Participate in simulated congressional hearings and policy debates - Hear from journalists, diplomats, and policy analysts ## Who Should Apply High school students (grades 10-12) with strong academic records and interest in government, public policy, or political science. Multiple program tracks available (National Security, Global Health, Domestic Policy, etc.). ## Outcomes - First-hand understanding of how the federal government operates - Personal connections with elected officials and policy professionals - Enhanced college application with prestigious civic program participation - Certificate of completion and access to alumni network
