What Is YMCA Youth & Government (State Model?

YMCA Youth and Government participants join or start a school or local YMCA delegation through their state programme. Delegations prepare for civic roles, such as drafting legislation or presenting legal arguments, before attending state events.

Eligibility, costs, schedules and entry deadlines depend on the state and delegation. Selected national programmes have separate processes; the July 3-8, 2027 Conference on National Affairs is not a general application deadline.
