What Is RISD Pre-College (On Campus)?
RISD’s on-campus Pre-College program offers rising high-school juniors and seniors five weeks of studio classes, critiques and projects in Providence. For 2027, residential check-in is June 26, classes run June 28–July 30, and residential move-out is July 31. Applications open November 4, 2026. The official application page says no portfolio or admission test is required. Detailed fees, age exceptions and scholarship dates still shown for 2026 must be distinguished from current 2027 terms; commuters are also accommodated.
