What Is HackerOne Brand Ambassador Program?
HackerOne's current ambassador offering is the HackerOne Brand Ambassador Program. Current ambassadors are established ethical-hacking community leaders who organize local chapters across North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC. HackerOne publishes no minimum or maximum age, high-school grade requirement or student-only eligibility for the ambassador role.
Applicants must be active on HackerOne during the prior year through Hacker101, HackerOne CTFs, bug bounty or pentest work; have at least 500 HackerOne reputation points; have no Code of Conduct violations; and commit to keeping a local club engaged and growing. Prior involvement in security conferences, BSides, OWASP, DEF CON groups or other local communities is advantageous. If an ambassador already covers the applicant's area, HackerOne may recommend joining that existing club first.
