National Bible Bee Competition

Organization: National Bible Bee

Program Overview

A nationwide Scripture study and memory competition for youth featuring online testing and in-person national finals.

The National Bible Bee is a nationwide Scripture study and memory competition designed to deepen students' knowledge of the Bible and encourage personal discipleship. Each year, participants work through a structured summer study, memorize assigned passages, and take online tests to qualify for the National Bible Bee Competition. The program is open to students ages 5–18, including high schoolers, who compete in age divisions. Participants can study independently, with families, or in local host groups, and top-scoring students are invited to an in-person national competition with multiple rounds of written and oral testing. Benefits include stronger Bible knowledge, improved memorization and study skills, public speaking experience, and connection with a like-minded national community of Christian students.
