NYO-USA vs NYO Jazz: Which Program Is Right for You?
Carnegie Hall's two national youth ensembles: NYO-USA is the classical symphony orchestra; NYO Jazz is the big band. Both audition nationally and tour internationally. The choice is simply your instrument's repertoire — but note the audition cycles run on the same calendar, so doubling up isn't realistic.
