What Is Kelley Women's Leadership Institute?
KWLI introduces high-school students to business careers and the college experience through Kelley faculty sessions, a team case challenge, leadership and communication activities, and exploration of business fields. It focuses on the challenges and opportunities facing women in business while the official program is open to all eligible students.
Spring/Summer 2027 applications open January 4 and close March 19. These are civil dates without a closing clock or timezone; Eastern class times do not establish the application timezone. Virtual sessions serve current sophomores, juniors and seniors, while in-person sessions serve rising juniors and seniors. The minimum GPA is 3.5 and the programme accepts all genders. The September 25 Fall 2026 application gate is closed history.
