What Is Texas Aerospace Scholars — Junior Experience?
NASA’s Texas Aerospace Scholars Junior Experience is a no-cost pathway for U.S.-citizen Texas residents enrolled as juniors at Texas-based high schools, including home, public, private, charter and online schools. The 2026–27 application window ran July 1–September 16, 2026 and has ended.
Launch Pad runs September 28, 2026–March 6, 2027. Eligible high-performing students may attend a five-day virtual Moonshot session, May 31–June 4 or June 7–11, 2027. Top teams may attend residential Base Camp at Johnson Space Center, July 25–30, 2027. Dates are subject to change.
