What Is Carnegie Mellon Informatics & Mathematics?
CMIMC is Carnegie Mellon’s student-run mathematics and programming competition family. CMIMC Math is an in-person contest for high-school students and younger competitors, with teams of up to six and individual participation options. No prerequisite contest experience is required.
The spring Math contest took place March 28, 2026. The separate CMWMC is scheduled for October 24, 2026, with registration extended to October 12. Those fall dates do not establish the next spring Math deadline. Register through a verified account and the appropriate coach or team dashboard. Confirm the chosen contest’s current fee and rules; the prior Math fee belongs to 2026.
