GRAMMY Camp

# GRAMMY Camp GRAMMY Camp is the GRAMMY Museum's national music industry program for high school students who want a career in music. Led by a faculty of music industry professionals and GRAMMY nominees and winners, the camp gives students a week inside the working music business. For summer 2026 it ran in four cities: Nashville (60 students), Miami (40), Los Angeles (70), and New York (40), as a non-residential day program. ## What You'll Do - Work all week in your chosen career track, from songwriting and music production to instrumental or vocal performance and industry roles - Learn directly from working professionals and GRAMMY-winning music makers - Collaborate with your cohort on real projects, culminating in end-of-camp presentations and performances - Build a network of serious young musicians and industry mentors in a major music city ## Who Should Apply US residents currently enrolled in grades 9-12 (or graduating seniors from the spring); incoming freshmen are not eligible. Prior music experience is not required - the camp welcomes anyone seriously interested in music as a career. Applications require audition materials for your track, a short video essay, and a $25 fee; the 2026 deadline was February 28, and the next cycle typically opens in the fall. ## Outcomes Campers leave with produced work, industry coaching, and a credential from the museum affiliated with the Recording Academy. Tuition was $3,000 for the week-long 2026 sessions ($2,000 for Miami's five-day session), covering facilities, curriculum, and lunch, and need-based financial assistance is available.
