In the documented 2012 and 2014 cycles, EiHS placed students from partner Los Angeles schools, including Harvard-Westlake, into eight weeks of hands-on stem-cell research at USC. Students received laboratory, ethics and compliance training, joined a faculty-mentored research project, attended seminars, wrote about their work and presented a research poster.
