What Is Jack and Jill of America Foundation?
The Jack and Jill of America Foundation Scholarship is an active, UNCF-administered, need-based renewable award for service-oriented rising college freshmen. The completed 2026 cycle offered up to $2,500 for freshman year with possible annual renewal through senior year. Renewal is not automatic and remains subject to the sponsor's later requirements and funding.
For the 2026 cycle, the Foundation required graduating high-school senior status, planned attendance at a four-year institution, at least a 3.0 GPA, 60 or more hours of community service between June 2025 and June 2026, and demonstrated financial need through FAFSA. The official announcement gave June 30, 2026 as the deadline; the cycle is now closed, and no 2027 deadline is announced.
