What Is MIT Splash?
MIT Splash is a student-run weekend of over 150 short classes in science, mathematics, arts, humanities and other topics. Splash 2026 takes place in person at MIT on November 21-22. Students must be in grades 9-12; MIT states that it cannot make exceptions.
The 2026 programme fee is $70, with financial aid offered on request. Registration is expected to open in mid-October, and students can create an account for updates. The published event dates and teacher-registration milestones do not establish the final student entry cutoff or guarantee an available place.
