What Is EVOLUTIONS After School Program?
EVOLUTIONS (Evoking Learning and Understanding Through Investigations of the Natural Sciences) is the Yale Peabody Museum's after-school program for about 100 teens from New Haven. Through weekly after-school classes, weekend job opportunities and summer internships, students work with peers, museum educators and scientists.
New Haven and West Haven public high school students in grades 9 and 10, ready for a weekly commitment that continues through all four years of high school. Grades do not decide admission: current EVO seniors review the answers anonymously.
