What Is Girls' Angle Math Club?
Girls' Angle is a Cambridge, Massachusetts nonprofit math club that welcomes girls roughly in grades 5-12, from students with math anxiety to students already pursuing advanced work. There is no entrance test. Mentors with deep mathematical training get to know each student and develop individual questions, projects and strategies; professional women in the support network also show how they use mathematics in their careers.
The live enrollment form says students may join at any time and that the club meets near Kendall Square on Thursdays from 3:45-5:45 p.m. A 12-meet session is listed as $20 per meet for members, $30 for nonmembers, or $216 prepaid for members.
