What Is Young Investors Society Global Stock Pitch?
YIS's Global Stock Pitch Competition is a high-school investment-research challenge open to U.S. and international students. Entrants compete alone or in teams of two, select a publicly traded company, conduct company, industry, financial, ESG, and AI-related analysis, and make a Buy or Sell recommendation. A valid entry requires all three deliverables: a written report, PowerPoint presentation, and YouTube link to a presentation of no more than 10 minutes.
State, territory, and open events use those submitted materials for judging. The 2026 U.S. registration fee was $25 per student, not $100; the official page does not publish an international-event fee. The top 100 teams were invited to advance to the separately registered Global Youth Investment Summit at Cornell Tech in New York, where they competed in additional stock-pitch rounds. Summit registration was $150 early or $250 standard, and travel and lodging remained separate.
