What Is Diller Teen Fellows?
Diller Teen Fellows is an active, selective yearlong Jewish teen leadership fellowship operating through 32 local communities in seven countries. This umbrella record cannot have one honest price or deadline: each local partner controls applications, grade/year, residency, tuition, aid, calendar, and selection. Some 2026 cohorts opened in spring; Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Melbourne list August openings, so current availability must be checked by community.
Most cohorts serve grades 10-11 or local equivalents, with exceptions such as incoming grade 11 or UK Year 12. Cohorts are commonly around 20 fellows. Programs combine recurring leadership/Jewish-identity workshops, retreats, tikkun olam/social-action work, partnership with an Israeli cohort, hosting or travel, and an Israel Summer Seminar.
