# Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation has funded the education of Marines' children for more than sixty years and is now one of the largest providers of need-based scholarships to military children. Its Undergraduate & Associate Degree Scholarship supports students at every undergraduate level, with award levels of $2,500, $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000 per academic year determined by financial need, GPA, and available funding. A separate Career & Technical Education Scholarship, open year-round, supports non-degree certificate programs. ## What You'll Do - Verify your eligibility as the child or stepchild of an active duty, Reserve, veteran, or fallen U.S. Marine, or of a Navy Corpsman, Chaplain, or Religious Program Specialist attached to a Marine unit - Apply through the myMCSF portal between January 1 and March 1 for the upcoming academic year - Submit academic records showing at least a 2.00 GPA and financial documentation demonstrating need - Reapply each year to renew, up to four paid awards ## Who Should Apply Graduating high school seniors and current undergraduates from Marine families with demonstrated financial need. Applicants must hold a high school diploma by the start of the funded academic year; dual enrollment and early access programs are not supported. Specialized tracks exist for Children of the Fallen and Children of the Wounded, with larger multi-year awards. ## Outcomes Recipients receive renewable tuition support and join an alumni network of Marine family scholars; the Foundation reports record scholarship totals in recent years, including more than $10 million awarded in a single cycle.
