What Is Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation?
MCSF supports eligible children and stepchildren of Marines and qualifying Navy personnel who pursue associate or bachelor's degrees at eligible accredited schools. Applicants at every undergraduate level, including renewals, use this route; the year-round Career & Technical Education scholarship is a separate application.
For 2027-28, the published application window is January 1-March 1,2027. The current FAQ requires a cumulative GPA of 2.00 and sets the usual income threshold at $134,000 for tax year 2025. Applicants above that threshold may be considered for extreme extenuating financial circumstances, with an explanation and potentially additional documents; an award is not guaranteed.
