What Is Davidson Fellows Honorable Mention Recognition?
Davidson Fellows Honorable Mention is not a separate $10,000 scholarship. It is a discretionary, non-cash recognition within the Davidson Fellows Scholarship judging process for applicants who display notable potential and are strongly encouraged to continue their work. Not every applicant who misses a Fellowship receives Honorable Mention; recipients are featured on the Davidson Institute website. Candidates enter through the main Davidson Fellows application for significant original work in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, literature, music, philosophy, or Outside the Box.
