What Is Global Works Teen Summer Trips?
Global Works Teen Summer Trips are paid, chaperoned residential travel programs for students entering grade 9 through graduating grade 12. Open 2027 sessions run for eight to eighteen days in Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Peru, Puerto Rico and Spain. Themes currently include community service and building, cultural and language immersion, public health, wildlife and sustainability, education and adventure. Each trip has its own itinerary, physical demands, dates, departure arrangement and availability.
Published 2027 tuition ranges from USD 3,445 to USD 7,195. Enrollment also requires a USD 700 deposit and nonrefundable USD 95 application fee. Tuition includes program accommodation, three meals per day, scheduled local transportation, specified excursions and activities, local guides and Global Works leaders. It excludes round-trip airfare, passport and visa costs, airport meals, baggage and delay expenses, transportation to the U.S. departure airport, unlisted activities and recommended travel insurance. Credit-card payments add 2%.
