Volunteer tutors meet their matched students over the organization's online platform for regular one-on-one sessions in math, reading, science, and other K-12 subjects. High school students are explicitly welcome: the organization requires only that tutors be 'at least high school age or older.' ## What You'll Do - Apply online, complete screening and onboarding, and get matched with a student who needs your subjects - Teach 60-minute lessons one to two times per week with your student, from any location, on a schedule you set together - Plan sessions around your student's actual school work and skill gaps using Learn To Be's guidance - Stick with your match: tutors commit for at least 4 months, and most stay longer ## Who Should Apply Students of high school age or older who are strong in at least one K-8/K-12 subject and want consistent, meaningful service. 'No prior experience is required! We welcome anyone passionate about helping students succeed.'
