Summer Programs at MSOE

# Summer Programs at MSOE Milwaukee School of Engineering - a university built around engineering, computing, and applied STEM - runs a family of week-long, residential academic camps each July for high school students. Campers live on the downtown Milwaukee campus and work in MSOE's labs with university faculty. Registration is first-come, first-served at $1,100 per week-long camp. ## What You'll Do - Choose Explore, rotating through nine STEM fields in one week to sample MSOE's engineering majors - Or choose Focus, taking a deeper week-long dive into a single field such as artificial intelligence (July 12-15, 2026) or another engineering discipline - In Women in Technology (July 19-24, 2026), explore ten engineering disciplines - including architectural, biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering plus construction management - Live in the residence halls and experience MSOE's lab-centered, small-class teaching style ## Who Should Apply High school students with a self-reported GPA of 3.5 or higher who want to test-drive specific engineering majors; students who have already graduated high school are not eligible. Women in Technology serves students entering grades 10-12. Spots are limited and fill first-come, first-served - no group applications accepted. ## Outcomes Campers leave with a concrete feel for individual engineering majors taught the way MSOE teaches them - hands-on and lab-based - plus residential college experience and connections with MSOE faculty that help when choosing and applying to engineering programs.
