What Is National Student Production Awards?
The NATAS Foundation's National Student Production Awards recognize outstanding high-school work in filmmaking, journalism, broadcasting, and production crafts. Categories span news, nonfiction, public affairs, arts and entertainment, sports, live events, PSAs, commercials, animation, sound, directing, editing, photography, on-camera talent, writing, and more.
This is not a direct national application. Students first submit eligible work to their NATAS Regional Chapter. Regional winning high-school entries advance to the national awards, where industry professionals and media academics judge them. The school receives the award pillar and every named student on a winning entry receives a certificate.
