What Is United States Naval Academy Summer Seminar?
USNA Summer Seminar is a six-day residential preview for current high-school juniors. The 2027 sessions are June 5-10, June 12-17 and June 19-24 in Annapolis. The published $575 fee includes lodging, meals and clothing; travel and personal purchases cost separately. US citizenship is not required for the seminar, but applicants need a Social Security Number and must meet the stated fitness, academic and family-status criteria. Application opening and closing remain TBD; older 2026 rolling-selection text does not establish 2027 dates. The application includes grades, class information and a short statement and also serves as a preliminary Academy application, without guaranteeing admission.
