## About the Navy ROTC Scholarship The Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship Program is one of the nation's premier officer development programs. High school seniors who earn a competitive NROTC scholarship receive full college tuition, fees, uniforms, and a monthly stipend in exchange for commissioning as officers in the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps upon graduation. ### Award Details - **Covers**: Full tuition, fees, uniforms, books - **Monthly Stipend**: $250–$400 per month (non-taxable) - **Duration**: 4 years at a participating college or university - **Obligation**: 4 years of active duty service as a commissioned officer ### Eligibility Requirements - U.S. citizen - High school senior (or graduate planning to enter college) - Age 17–23 at time of college enrollment - Minimum 3.0 GPA (competitive applicants average 3.5+) - Minimum ACT 22 or SAT 1080 (competitive applicants score significantly higher) - Physically qualified through military medical standards - No felony convictions ### Application Process Apply online at nrotc.navy.mil.
