What Is Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College?
The Cooke College Scholarship is a highly selective, need-based award for high school seniors who completed all four years of high school in the United States, a U.S. territory, or on a U.S. military base. The 2027 application is currently open in Common App for students graduating in spring 2027 and enrolling in an accredited four-year bachelor's program that fall.
Applicants need at least a 3.75 cumulative unweighted GPA, at least one SAT, ACT, AP, or IB score, and family annual gross income no greater than $95,000 for consideration. Citizenship is not required, but applicants must live in the United States or a U.S. territory and have completed all four high-school years in the United States. Selection weighs academic achievement, recommendations, intellectual curiosity, leadership, persistence, service, and unmet financial need.
