# Rutgers Summer Business Camp The Summer Business Camp is Rutgers Business School's residential pre-college program on the Livingston campus in Piscataway, New Jersey. Campers live in university apartments for a week and rotate through the school's core disciplines - marketing, management, accounting, finance and supply chain - taught by Rutgers faculty and reinforced with company visits. ## What You'll Do - Live on the Livingston campus for the week and experience college residential life - Take faculty-led introductions to marketing, management, accounting, finance and supply chain management - Go on business field trips to companies and organizations in the New York-New Jersey corridor - Develop and deliver an elevator pitch - Compete in the camp's business plan competition with your team ## Who Should Apply High school juniors and seniors who want a college-level preview of a business major and a week of campus life before applying. No prior business coursework is required. Registration is handled online through Rutgers Business School's pre-college office; summer 2026 offered three one-week sessions (July 5-11, July 12-18 and July 19-25). ## Outcomes Tuition is $2,600 per week and covers room and board, meals and all field trips. Campers finish with a working vocabulary across the business disciplines, a pitch and business plan they have presented and defended, direct contact with Rutgers Business School faculty and staff, and a clearer sense of which business major fits them.
