What Is Teen Leadership Corps?
Cradles to Crayons Teen Leadership Corps has different Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia programs. Students develop leadership through Giving Factory volunteering, collection drives, fundraising and community advocacy. Each location sets its own grades, calendar and obligations.
Boston’s fall 2026 application closed October 5; its scheduled October–December session includes two volunteer shifts and approximately 15–25 total hours, not that many hours each week. Chicago’s fall deadline was September 11 at 11:59 p.m., despite an older open-applications banner. Philadelphia’s 2026–27 cohort serves grades 10–12, requires orientation and June training, at least 24 volunteer hours through April 2027 and at least $500 raised for the nonprofit. That fundraising obligation is not tuition. Confirm the next local cycle and application requirements; there is no universal national deadline or grade range.
