What Is UCLA Olga Radko Endowed Math Circle (ORMC)?
ORMC is a free, in-person Sunday mathematics enrichment program at UCLA for serious math students from the greater Los Angeles area. Fall 2026 regular classes cover grades 1-12 in a progression from BNP and Beginners through Intermediate and Advanced groups. Enrollment opens August 31 and closes the morning of September 20; classes meet on nine Sundays from September 27 through November 22. New applicants create a family account, select a group, and explain the student's mathematical interest, achievement, and potential. Capacity is tight—especially through grade 6—and new students are likely to be waitlisted; continuing students in good standing receive preference. Optional AMC, Olympiad, and chess applications are available September 21-26 only to enrolled regular students. ORMC charges no tuition. A USD 300-per-quarter family donation is suggested but optional and never affects admission.
