What Is University of Glasgow International Summer?
The University of Glasgow International Summer School offers credit-bearing taught and research courses to undergraduate students from around the world. The 2026 portfolio included chemistry, psychology, life science, engineering, public health, artificial intelligence in healthcare, creative writing, history, archaeology, classics, information studies, philosophy, Scottish studies and gender studies.
Courses run in June or July and vary in length, prerequisites, assessment, credit and price. Students study or conduct supervised research in person in Glasgow and may join a social programme with activities such as a weekend excursion or ceilidh. Optional university accommodation requires a separate application after the academic offer is accepted.
