What Is King's College London Pre-University Summer?
King's Pre-University Summer School offers one-week, in-person courses in central London that students may combine for two or three weeks. Classes combine lectures and seminars and may use discussion, role play, simulations and guest Q&A. Attendance is compulsory, assignments mirror university-style assessment, tutors provide feedback, and students who complete the requirements may receive a King's certificate.
The standard program is for academically motivated students aged 16 or 17 who are entering or enrolled in the final three years of high school. Applicants must turn 16 before the earliest course or accommodation arrival and must turn 18 after the program/departure. Academic courses normally require B2 English, recent grades, English evidence and a personal statement; the English Language & Culture track uses separate B1 requirements.
