What Is Washington Business Week Summer Camps?
Washington Business Week runs weeklong, in-person business and career programs in Washington State. Students are placed into simulated companies of about 8–12, take executive roles, make business decisions, develop and pitch ideas, and work with professional advisers and instructors. Programs may be residential from Sunday through Friday or commuter day camps from Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. The program is open to students entering high school through students who have just graduated, and enrollment is not described as a selective application. Full participation earns two elective college credits through Renton Technical College, although international students are not eligible for those credits. A 2027 form is live, but the public camp cards still show completed 2026 sessions and must not be treated as 2027 terms: June 21–26 at the University of Puget Sound for $1,350, July 12–17 at Eastern Washington University for $1,150, and July 27–31 at Renton Technical College for $825. Washington Business Week has not published the 2027 schedule, campus lineup, pathway availability, tuition, or final enrollment deadline. Scholarships—including partial and full rides—and payment plans are available.
