What Is Mission Bit Coding Classes?
Mission Bit offers free, project-based fall and spring coding courses for high-school students ages 14-18. The catalog is an umbrella of individual classes, not one universal schedule: students choose a topic, location and delivery format. Fall and spring classes typically meet two hours twice a week after school for 12 weeks.
The Fall 2026 catalog lists eight in-person and online offerings in areas including artificial intelligence, Python, web design, UI/UX and Unity/C# game design. Visible in-person AI classes at Lincoln and Mission high schools run September 8-December 4. Online Python and Game Design classes for San Francisco students run September 9-December 4. The current listings close applications or registration on August 30, but do not publish a time or timezone.
