| Selection and application | Selection: Placement is academic and capacity-limited rather than governed by a published acceptance rate. Likely class sizes were 6-12 in early prealgebra levels and 6-16 in others, with stated caps of 16 or 20. | Selection: Fit- and safety-reviewed rather than first-come alone; Kroka may decline applicants, maintain waitlists, prefer group balance, and require prerequisites for technical programs. | Selection: GSTEM admits 40 current juniors. Review is competitive and considers academic work, essays, STEM activities, and one recommendation. Application materials: Four essays; One letter of recommendation from a teacher, advisor or counselor |
